Dogs are only allowed in Wichernstraße and Herzog Wilhelm Straße and only with prior registration. (The cost per dog per stay is €25).

The city tax fee for Bad Harzburg is €2.60 per adult per night.

Rules

We want you to enjoy your stay, but certain rules must be followed at all times.

Please be considerate of other parties in the house

• No parties or events - quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM.
• Additional guests must be approved before their stay.
• Pets must be approved by us before your arrival (only Jahnring; Herzog-Wilhelm-Straße).
• All kitchen appliances, cooking utensils, and everyday items (e.g., cutlery) must be cleaned and maintained after use.
• For stays longer than 6 nights, the bathroom, kitchen, and floors should be vacuumed and cleaned (cleaning supplies are provided in the apartment). 
• The hallway must be kept clear (shoes allowed on the shelf) as it is cleaned by a company.
• Waste separation must be followed, and for longer stays, the trash must be taken to the bins behind the house.
• The front doors should always be closed, the key safe locked, and the code scrambled.
• The washing machine marked in the laundry room may be used (only Wichernstraße)
• laundry can also be dried on the drying rack here. Ensure proper ventilation by opening and closing the window. 
• In case of key loss or damage within the apartment, building, or property, the landlord must be informed immediately.
• The apartment's water shut-off is located in the bathroom next to the toilet (only turn off in an emergency).
• The apartment's fuse box is located in the apartment hallway or house hallway (only in an emergency).
• The washing machine's water shut-off is located directly next to the washing machine (only turn off in an emergency, Wichernstraße). - Parking on the property is only allowed under the carport (Wichernstraße).
• Parking is allowed in the designated parking space (Jahnring 1st parking space; Herzog-Wilhelm-Straße in the underground garage).
• Ensure that the car to be parked is not too high or too wide. Width 2.30m. No liability for any damages.
• A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed by arrangement (Wichernstraße + Herzog-Wilhelm-Straße).
• Dogs are not allowed on the beds or sofa.
• Dog waste must be picked up and disposed of immediately.
• Dogs must not be left alone in the apartment.
• Charging an electric car is not permitted.
• Charging an electric bike/e-bike must be approved in advance and may incur additional costs. In case of violation of any of these rules, we reserve the right to contact local authorities and collect a deposit for damages.
